** Sound and Vibrational Therapist seeking authentic audiences to invoke harmony, healing and restoration in hearts, mind and bodies. **

A 20 year spiritual and healing journey, beginning here at the Lake, has brought me to this beautiful heart space.  Although, I wasn’t sure if I was even on a path at times, I have intuitively guided myself to this moment. Through loving kindness, patience and a beginners guide in mindfulness, I am filled with a gratitude and a joy of life.

Presently, my journey is inspiring me to share a combination of poetry, mindfulness, guided meditations, restorative therapeutic sound practices, including Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drum, and Crystal Quartz singing bowls. Sound paired with ancient healing reiki energies, intention, love and light, provides a warm uplifting experience leaving the mind and body restored and uplifted.

Through Meditate School of Mindfulness and Sound, I have been introduced to the resonate healing properties of sound and vibration. Utilizing mindful intentions, and therapeutic vibes, sound and light; Instant healing occurs.  Through the support of Sattva Wellness Center, Roundhill, NV., I am blessed with the opportunity to share and cultivate these intentions and practices with my Tahoe family, visitors and friends.

I believe harmony and balance are natural attributes of this world, and only perfection exists. Individual well being is available to all, if your mind allows.
